2.1 Permitted Use

3.3 Limited Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site solely for the purpose of evaluating or engaging with InnoTech Systems' products and services. This licence does not include the right to:

• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from Site content
• Commercially exploit any content from the Site
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

4.1 Data We Collect

When you interact with the Site, we may collect the categories of data described in our Privacy Policy, including in summary:

• Contact form — name, email, company, phone (optional), industry, area of interest, and your message, to respond to your enquiry and for related follow-up
• Demo and consultation request form — name, email, company, phone (optional), industry, area of interest, and your message, to schedule and follow up on a product demonstration or consultation
• Event intake / Automate 2026 form — name, email, company, job title (optional), organization type, role, and message/interest, to manage event participation, coordinate follow-up, and store records of your interest in our solutions
• Technical and session data when you submit any form (Contact, Demo, or Event Intake) — such as your public IP address (and reverse DNS where available), browser user agent, referring page, the full page URL (including any UTM or campaign parameters), language preferences, and similar metadata processed by our hosting infrastructure to operate the forms securely, prevent abuse, route enquiries internally, and support campaign attribution
• Device and usage data when you browse the Site — e.g. IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time on site, including through cookies and analytics as described in our Cookie Policy
• Communications — information you provide when you email us or correspond with our team

When you submit a form, your information (including the technical context described above) is also processed and stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) system to enable sales follow-up and pipeline management. Event-related submissions are additionally stored in our secure database for coordination and record-keeping. The specific service providers involved are identified in our Privacy Policy.

4.2 How We Use Your Data

We use collected data to:

• Respond to enquiries, demo requests, and event interest (including sending you an email confirmation and an internal copy to our team through our email delivery provider)
• Create and maintain records in our CRM system and, for event interest submissions, store data in our secure database for coordination and follow-up
• Conduct sales and related follow-up regarding your enquiry or expressed interest
• Improve the performance and content of the Site, including A/B testing and analytics
• Detect and prevent fraud, spam, or security threats
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data. Submitting a business enquiry, demo request, or event interest form may result in sales and related follow-up communications, as further described in our Privacy Policy. Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. 4.6 Data Security

5.1 Site is Informational

The Site provides information about InnoTech Systems' products, services, and capabilities. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on the Site is accurate and up to date. However, we make no warranty that the Site is free of errors or that specifications, capabilities, or availability described are final. Product capabilities are subject to change. Always confirm current specifications directly with our team.

5.4 CRM and Sales Follow-up

Submitting an enquiry, demo request, or event interest form will create a record in our CRM system. This enables our sales and solutions teams to follow up on your interest. It does not create any binding obligation on either party.

9.1 No Warranties

The Site and all content on it are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, InnoTech Systems disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9.2 Availability

We do not guarantee that the Site will be available at all times or that access will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to suspend, withdraw, or modify the Site at any time without notice.
